“Beautiful, comfortable, quiet and well located hotel. Great staff! We went to Lago Maggiore and the Swiss Alps with an international group from Lisbon. Hotel du Parc director and all staff were very helpful since the beginning of our tour planning. Together, with their support we were able to organize airport transfer, book private lake tours and the best and most convenient restaurants. The hotel, is well located, closed to the town center and the train station. Surrounded by a cosy, beautiful and relaxing garden, the hotel buildings offer clean and comfortable rooms, with private bathrooms.”

“Our experience was perfect from the moment we first enquired about accommodation. Simona and Lucia guided us through the process and all our subsequent requests for information and advice. We decided to request a private transfer from Malpensa airport because of an issue with the train station at Stresa. This was arranged without any fuss and we were notified, before we even took off at Manchester, by our driver Eduardo giving us his photo, phone number, what info he would be holding up when we arrived and where he would be stood to meet us, which all went exactly to plan. The drive took about an hour to the hotel which was beautiful and spotlessly clean. Our room on the first floor in the main building was spacious with light from 2 windows, air conditioning and well equipped with toiletries, a hairdryer and extra pillows and blankets. Breakfast was cold continental but with lots of choice. Throughout our stay all of the staff were very friendly and helpful especially Lucia and Simona who were amazing! The hotel is only a 5 minutes walk down into the town where there are loads of restaurants and shops and where there is a great promenade and easy access to all the boat trips and the main bus stops. The train station is also only a 10 minute walk away and was up and running again during our stay and trains were on time and very clean. Stresa is a beautiful place to stay to make the most of seeing the lake but also getting to surrounding areas. Well done Hotel du Parc. You made a lovely memory for us both. Thank you all x”

“We had an enjoyable stay thanks to the lovely staff of the hotel who were very kind and attentive. In particular, Lucia, one of the managers, went above and beyond in answering our queries about restaurant recommendations and transport options. We were also positively delighted that the dining room staff remembered our breakfast coffee orders after the first day. The hotel itself is located at a convenient location just one street from the busiest part of Stresa. Transport to and from the Milan airport can be by a shuttle bus which can be easily booked online. Would highly recommend the lake view room which we stayed in. Breakfast is included. We immensely enjoyed the pastries and cakes, which we found out to our surprise were all baked by one of the restaurant managers of the hotel.”

“This is a very nice hotel with beautiful grounds, very close to the city center and all the activities. The staff was very friendly, breakfast options were plentiful in nicely decorated rooms. The wifi is free, and the signal is very strong throughout the property. This is definitely a hotel that I can recommend.”

“Hey, We were in the hotel only for 3 days, but loved every moment, from the view to every corner of the hotel, it's so picture perfect. The bar, the breakfast room, we just couldn't get enough of the place. If there was ever a place we would come back again, and again, and again. It is this hotel. Simone was lovely, friendly, and we met the owner as well, he's tooooo sweet (sorry we don't know his name, but a genuinely amazing human) The person who's at the reception in the night makes a crazy good Aperol, if anyone wants drinks at night, you're sorted! Trust me, we will be back, this time with more people!”

The room was clean and tastefully decorated, providing a real homely feeling. The hotel’s location was ideal – all the important places were just a short walk away. The breakfast was minimalist in the Italian style, but delicious and high-quality. Du Parc Hotel left an indelible impression and a real feeling that we were welcome back.”
